What are your manufacturing lead times?
Our current processing time varies between 3 to 4 weeks. This time is essential to meticulously create your order by hand before preparing it for shipping. Please note that this deadline does not cover the delivery period .
Although we strive to meet this lead time for all orders, it may be longer during periods of high demand. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Since all of our products are handmade, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a warranty issue.
We strongly encourage you to accurately measure your pet's neck before making your purchase to ensure you choose the correct size. When taking your measurements for a hands-free adapter, be sure to measure around your hips and body, to ensure both measurements match the size you wish to purchase. Don't forget to consider what clothes you might wear in winter!
Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for custom products/styles/colors/materials.
The only customizations we are able to accommodate are for the size/length of the products.
Custom requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on our current order volume. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss any custom length requests.
